pojagi workshop with Liz Smithbone

We had a great workshop on Thursday, led by Liz Smithbone,

one of our members.

Pojagi is an ancient Korean Art Form. A pojagi is a cloth that is used to wrap, carry & store things. Liz taught us the basic technique using paper and then we made the following samples using cotton organdie that Liz had dyed for us. A great day was had by all.

We had a great workshop with Kirsty in September. We experimented  with plastics, then layering papers, stitching  and distressing them.
